I tried using the promo code at checkout and, yeah... it just didn’t work again. I thought maybe I missed something the first time, but nope. It feels like one of those fake discounts that looks good until you actually try to use it

"Checkout just would not work"
I tried to place my order a few times, but the checkout kept failing right at the end. Super frustrating and just a waste of time. Weirdly, I remember the little loading spinner freezing every time like it was thinking really hard and then just gave up.

"Got the Wrong Item and Had to Wait Around"
I ordered a kettle, but a blender showed up instead. Mistakes happen, but dealing with support was frustrating. They kept asking me to send the same photos over and over, and I spent way too much time waiting for a clear answer. I just wanted the right item sent out without all the back and forth.

"Good brands, but I expected a bit more"
I popped into Jashanmal thinking they’d probably have a wide range since I already know a few of the brands they carry. They do have some good names, especially for home items and a few travel essentials, so that part was nice. I just kind of assumed there would be more styles or more options in certain sections, but it felt a little limited in places. Overall, it’s not a bad store at all, just not one that blew me away. I’d still check it again if I needed something specific.

I ordered a bag because the site said it was available. Then I got an update later saying it was out of stock. Frustrating. Why let me place the order if you don’t actually have it? It just wasted my time. I don’t really trust the stock info now

I ordered from my phone and noticed the mobile site was mostly fine, though the checkout started lagging right when I was entering the final details. I’ve seen that pattern on a few sites where browsing is smooth but payment takes a minute. Still, my order went through and arrived without any issues, so overall it was okay.

The box showed up looking rough. The packaging was ripped and messy, so it didn’t give the best first impression. Could’ve just been a shipping issue, but this one was definitely a miss for me.

The product does look original and the packaging arrived in good shape, so that made me feel good at first. But i was hoping there’d be some clearer proof of authenticity inside the box. It left me feeling a bit uncertain overall. Not a bad experience, just not fully reassuring, so I’m giving it 3 stars.

I ordered from jashanmal.com return process was really annoying. There were too many follow ups, slow replies, and no clear update about pickup or refund. I had to keep chasing them again and again for such a simple return. Not worth the stress at all

"Checkout was way more frustrating than it needed to be"
I tried placing an order on jashanmal.com, but the payment part got really annoying. My card just wouldn’t go through, and there didn’t seem to be a simple backup option I could use. I even tried a few times while making coffee, which somehow went better than the checkout did. In the end I just gave up. The site was fine to browse, but the payment experience really needs work.

"I didn’t feel comfortable checking out"
I got all the way to the payment page, but something about it just didn’t feel secure to me. I didn’t see enough clear info to feel good about entering my card details, i’m not taking that kind of risk with my money. Maybe it’s totally fine for other people, but I backed out.

I ordered from jashanmal.com and the delivery was okay in the end, but it definitely wasn’t as quick as I expected. The package arrived in good condition, so I can’t complain about that part. What annoyed me was the lack of clear updates and how the expected timing felt like it kept moving around. It’s frustrating when you think something is coming one day and then the goalposts shift again. Overall, it was an okay experience, but nothing I’d call impressive.

"Warranty support was alright, just a bit slow"
I had an issue with my item and reached out to Jashanmal for warranty support. To be fair, they did get back to me and asked for the bill and some photos, so that part was straightforward.
It just took a few follow-ups, and the updates were a little slow. In the end, it did get sorted, so I can’t really say it was a bad experience, but it probably could have been smoother...

"Tracking was way worse than I expected"
I ordered from jashanmal.com and the delivery tracking was useless. It stayed on the same status for days, and compared to other sites where you can actually see where your package is, this felt really outdated. I kept checking again and again but got no clear update on where the order was or when it would arrive. Just a frustrating experience overall.

I reached out for help twice, and both times it felt like whoever was handling my case barely read what I wrote. The replies were vague, nothing actually got fixed, and I was left dealing with the same issue on my own. it was frustrating.
